In the Slovak Republic, is currently starting a 5th year of the program L'Oréal UNESCO Pre ženy vo vede, Slovensko - talentový program, by which L'Oréal Slovakia will support two talented scientists from various disciplines by 10.000 Eur. The winners of the program will also get an opportunity to present their work in the media.
Women scientists can apply with their projects from 1st of April 2021 to 31st of May 2021 using the platform www.forwomeninscience.com where all criteria for admission and Rules and regulations can be found.
"In today's challenging times, we perceive the mission of this project even more intensely. Society's expectations of science and new knowledge are growing. It is important to support young scientists, especially at the beginning of their careers, to not give up their ambitions and continue their research even after first failures, "says Brigitte Streller, CEO of L'Oréal Slovakia.
