In the Slovak Republic, there is currently starting the 6th year of L'Oréal UNESCO Pre ženy vo vede, Slovensko - talentový program, by which L'Oréal will support three talented scientists from various disciplines by 15.000 Eur. The program winners will also get an opportunity to present their work in the media.
Women scientists can apply with their projects from 8th of March 2022 to 15th of May 2022 by the platform www.forwomeninscience.com where all criteria for admission and Rules and regulations can be found.
The submitted projects will be evaluated by an expert commission, chaired by prof. RNDr. Ľubica Lacinová, DrSc. member of the Bureau of Slovak Academy of Science. "The talent program L'Oréal-UNESCO For Women in Science is an ideal opportunity to advance women's scientific careers and at the same time become an inspiration for other women who would like to work in research. We are looking forward to all submitted projects that women scientists are working on in Slovakia," said Ľubica Lacinová.
