I’ve lost my password, how can I access to the platform?

If you’ve lost your password, please go to the home page and click on « Forgot your password? Click here ». You will be asked to enter your e-mail and the instructions to reset your password will be emailed to you.

Is there a way to change my personal information once I have completed the registration?

You can always change the content of your personal information. For this matter, please login, go to the « My Profile » tab and click on « Edit » just beside the small blue pencil below your name.

Will my nomination still be eligible if I am not able to present all of the required documents for the candidature?

The nomination will be automatically rejected if you have not submitted a full set of the required documents.

Will someone be available to assist me during the online application/nomination/review?
